Victorian Conservatory

Classic Elegance for Every Home

Victorian Conservatory

The Victorian Conservatory is a beloved style that effortlessly blends with various house types, thanks to its harmonious and balanced design. Whether you have a bungalow, a modern home, or a period property, the Victorian conservatory brings classic English charm with its pitched roof and faceted front. It creates a delightful space for relaxation and dining. You can choose between a three- or five-facet design, both featuring a bay front and intricate ridge details. With A+ energy-rated windows and multiple entry and exit options such as UPVC Single Door, French Door, Inline patio, or Bi-Folding Door—you can customise your Victorian conservatory to suit your needs. Select from Clear Self-cleaning Glass, Blue Tint, Bronze, or Dark Blue for the glass roof, especially for south-facing properties.

No Sales Pressure

At Southeast Windows Ltd, we’ve revolutionised the sales process. Unlike traditional models, our team operates on a non-commission-based structure. This means you won’t experience any sales pressure. Instead, we encourage you to take your time, research your options, and share your project requirements and concerns with us. Each project is unique, and we prioritise addressing your needs. We’re here to answer your questions, clarify issues, and ensure you feel valued, understood, and confident throughout the process.

Panoramic Views with Victorian Conservatories

Thanks to its pitched roof and multi-faceted front, a Victorian Conservatory offers panoramic views of your garden or surrounding areas. This design, which includes Victorian-style cresting and finials, provides a cost-effective alternative to brick extensions while adding space, light, and value to your property. Modern technology ensures outstanding thermal efficiency, helping you save money on energy bills. Our Victorian 3-facet design features French doors on the side, blue self-cleaning glass, and opening fanlights that can be changed to fixed panes.

Flexible Design with the Victorian 5-Facet Conservatory

Victorian Conservatory 5 Bay Segments.

The Victorian 5-facet Conservatory offers flexibility in design and function. The single front door can be repositioned to any side, allowing you to convert it to a French Door, Patio Door, or even a small Bi-Fold Door. This adaptability caters to various aesthetic and functional preferences. Additionally, the decorative design offers options for bevels, a Stained glass overlay (S.G.O), and a range of colours to suit your taste.

Precision Design with 3D CAD Drawings

Our advanced 3D CAD Conservatory software allows us to design your Victorian Conservatory with millimeter-perfect precision. We can customise every detail, from window and door locations to brickwork colours, ensuring your conservatory fits seamlessly once installed. The software also enables us to add Patio and Bi-Fold Doors, tailoring the design to your specifications.

Victorian Conservatories Base Options

We offer two base options for modern Victorian Conservatories. As of June 15, 2022, building regulations in England have updated U-value requirements. Floor values have changed from 0.22W/m²K to 0.18W/m²K.

Digging metre deep footings

Traditional Build: This method involves significant excavation, requiring a trench 450mm or 600mm wide and at least 1 meter deep, filled with C20/25 concrete. If trees are nearby, the depth may increase to 1500mm based on building inspectors’ recommendations.

DurabasePlus 100 system: This system simplifies construction for single-floor Extensions and Conservatories. It features steel module frames bolted together, with a weed anti-membrane and strategically placed padstones for stability.

Roy and his team fitted new windows and French doors in our house earlier this year (we wanted to live with them for a while before reviewing!). We are really pleased with the quality of the windows and the service from Roy. He's a real gent to deal with and is punctual and professional. His quote wasn't actually the lowest but he was the only one to supply full details of materials, give fire safety and security advice, send a detailed quote etc. Thank you Roy

I got quotes from a few companies however Peter was the only one who followed up to my questions on email so I decided to go with Southeast Windows. I am super glad I did, as Peter was professional and I am really happy with the work done in installing a new PVC backdoor and replacing glass in several windows. Peter was knowledgable, friendly and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge of window and door installation like some other builders have, being a first time home owner.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peter and Southeast Windows, I will for sure be using them again if I need. Thank you Peter!
