The EnergyPlus System

The Liniar EnergyPlus window system features six multi-chambers designed to trap warm air, achieving U-Values as low as 0.8, which is ideal for Passivhaus homes using triple-glazed units. Liniar’s patented double-action bubble gasket ensures a continuous seal around the windows, even in corners, preventing drafts and ensuring zero air leakage. With various frame colours, finishes, hardware, and glazing options, this window system is perfect for any home. It also offers complete versatility in window designs and security options, making it ideal for new build projects with Document Q approval.

Our standard EnergyPlus A+ energy-rated uPVC window offers slim sightlines that allow maximum light into your home. Available in top or side-hung, arched top, or French casement window styles, these windows also feature easy-clean hinges, making maintenance a breeze.

We understand the importance of timely project completion. We can install your made-to-measure Casement Windows within two weeks from the order date, ensuring a quick turnaround, subject to a site survey and your requirements.

Draught-Free Performance

Our Liniar uPVC casement windows are engineered to keep your home draught-free, thanks to the unique, patented double-action bubble gasket that ensures a tight seal. The six-chamber EnergyPlus system delivers energy ratings of A+13 Solar Gain. You can upgrade to triple glazing for even higher efficiency, achieving A+23 Solar Gain with a proven BFRC license. Our double-glazed units also feature a soft-coat Low-E coating, argon gas between the panes, and a warm edge spacer bar to maximise energy efficiency.

Frame Profiles

Our uPVC casement windows come in sculptured (Ovolo) or chamfered (bevelled) 70mm profile frames. You can mix and match styles at no extra cost, ensuring a personalised touch.

Ovolo Profile: Offers a traditional finish with rounded edges, ideal for both period and modern properties.

Chamfered Profile: Provides sleek, clean lines perfect for contemporary homes with a modern aesthetic.

Enhanced Security

Our windows feature Secure by Design locking systems like the Kendrick Excalibur, tested for 100,000 cycles and backed by a 10-year mechanical guarantee. Upgrade to triple glazing with an A++ energy rating or add soundproofing glass units with Pilkington 6.8 Optiphon. We also offer PAS 24: 2022 standards for ground-floor dwellings and vulnerable areas.

Durability and Style

All our Liniar uPVC casement windows are internally beaded and fully welded for added security. You can choose from various leaded glass designs, including square lead, diamond lead, and Queen Anne styles, or customize with stained glass overlays, astragal bars, or Georgian bars for added character.

Roy and his team fitted new windows and French doors in our house earlier this year (we wanted to live with them for a while before reviewing!). I got quotes from a few companies however Peter was the only one who followed up to my questions on email so I decided to go with Southeast Windows. I am super glad I did, as Peter was professional and I am really happy with the work done in installing a new PVC backdoor and replacing glass in several windows.
