Base Options

We offer two base options updated to meet the latest building regulations:

Traditional Build: Involves creating a 600mm wide by 1-metre deep trench filled with concrete, requiring significant excavation.

Porches

We offer a complete service, from building the base to matching your existing brickwork and fitting A+ energy-rated windows. Conservatories

We supply and install all types of Conservatories, including Double Edwardian, as shown in the picture, Edwardian hipped roof, Victorian, Lean-to, P-shaped, T-shaped, Gable-fronted, and Orangery styles. The Wendland Ultraframe roofing system is BBA certification for quality. We also offer Durabase Conservatory bases, which are quicker and cleaner to install than traditional methods.

Planning and Compliance

We ensure that all our projects adhere to the most recent building regulations. Specific regulations apply to projects without requiring planning permission, known as ‘permitted development rights’. This includes extensions and conservatories under 30m², which must be thermally separated from the main dwelling and meet energy efficiency requirements.
