We offer various customisation options to suit your style and needs. For example, our white Tilt and Turn windows with a dummy transom bar and Georgian bar inserts replicate the look of smaller window panes, adding a classic touch to your home.

When the handle is in the centre position, this white tilt-and-turn window goes to the tilt facility, and the top opens for ventilation.

Paired with ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC Energy-Efficient Insulation Tape, which is 100% waterproof and offers improved U-values, our windows can significantly enhance thermal efficiency. Gearing Systems

We provide two gearing systems for our tilt-and-turn windows. The traditional system secures the frame and uses a bottom pin for the hinge. Alternatively, we offer a concealed mechanism with no visible gearing, featuring the tilt-before-turn option. This flexibility ensures that you can find the perfect solution for your home.

Soundproof Glass

For soundproofing, our Pilkington Optiphon™ glass is an excellent choice. Designed to reduce noise from roads, railways, and air traffic, this laminated glass includes a special Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) interlayer. We recommend using 6.8mm laminated glass, which consists of two layers of 3mm glass with a 0.8mm PVB layer. This setup effectively reduces noise without compromising light transmittance or impact performance.

Roy and his team fitted new windows and French doors in our house earlier this year (we wanted to live with them for a while before reviewing!). I got quotes from a few companies however Peter was the only one who followed up to my questions on email so I decided to go with Southeast Windows. I am super glad I did, as Peter was professional and I am really happy with the work done in installing a new PVC backdoor and replacing glass in several windows.
