Lean-to Conservatories.

Lean-to-Conservatories, also known as Mediterranean, Sunroom, or Sun Lounge, are the perfect choice for smaller spaces. This no-nonsense design is not only ideal for many homes but also a practical solution for those seeking additional space. It can be utilised in various locations, making it a smart and versatile choice for your home. Modern Lean-To Conservatory features solar-reflective glass and self-cleaning glass alternatives that deliver a sleek, uncluttered aesthetic.

No Salesman.

Our sales approach is non-commission-based, so you won’t be pressured into making hasty decisions. We ask that you take your time, do your due diligence, and list your requirements and concerns regarding your new project. We understand that every project is unique and are deeply committed to addressing your concerns. We will answer as many questions as possible to help clarify any issues, ensuring you feel confident and informed throughout the process.

Versatile Options.

Lean-to Conservatories offer various glass and frame options, including energy-saving, self-cleaning glass. Our A+ energy-rated uPVC frames can be installed with Bi-Fold Doors, French Doors, or Inline Patio Doors. A box gutter can be added for bungalows, giving another available option. You can also choose between full-height glazing or a standard 600mm dwarf wall for your Lean-To conservatory.

CAD Design

Our advanced 3D CAD Conservatory software is a technological marvel, offering millimeter-perfect precision. This allows us to create detailed designs for your Lean-To Conservatory with unparalleled accuracy. We can show the locations of your windows and doors, customise the opening positions, add Patio and Bi-Fold Doors, and even change the brickwork colours to match your preferences. Every detail will be tailored to your needs, ensuring your conservatory fits snuggly once delivered and installed.

Lean-to Conservatory Base Options.

We offer two base options for Modern Lean-to Conservatories. As of June 15, 2022, the latest building regulations have changed the U-value requirements for building regulations in England. Floor values changed from 0.22W/m2K to 0.18W/m2K.

Digging metre deep footings

Traditional Build: This method removes a large quantity of dirt and requires a 450mm or 600mm wide trench and a minimum of 1 metre deep filled with C20/25 concrete. It requires significant excavation and waste removal. If trees are nearby, this can increase to 1500mm deep depending on building inspectors’ recommendations.

The DurabasePlus 100 system is designed for single-floor Extensions and Conservatories. The picture shows weed anti-membrane and steel module frames bolted together and sitting on padstones.
