Customised Solutions

We begin our service with a FREE site survey to discuss your requirements and tailor our solutions to your needs. Our 3D CAD software allows us to design your Extension or Conservatory with millimeter-perfect precision. You can customise every detail, from window and door placements to brickwork colours, and add features like Patio and Bi-Fold Doors, glass roofs, and solid roofs with Velux-style roof lights. This customisation empowers you to create the perfect space, delivered and installed to your specifications and personal requirements and installed by our general builders.

Base Options

We offer two base options that meet the latest building regulations:

Traditional Build: This method involves digging a 600mm wide by 1-meter deep trench filled with C25 concrete, requiring significant excavation by general builders with many tons of waste to be skipped.
DurabasePlus Steel Base: A modern alternative that speeds up groundwork while reducing on-site waste and mess. It meets all building regulation requirements and can be ready in one day, eliminating the need for skilled tradespeople. This option also provides better U-Values 0.18 than traditional building methods and comes with the manufacturer’s 25-year guarantee.

Durabase Conservatory Solutions

DurabasePlus 100 offers a versatile solution for Extensions, Conservatories, and Porches. This system provides a quicker, cleaner, and more cost-effective alternative to traditional building techniques. It delivers superior U-Values, reduces internal space loss, and is ideal for single-height Extensions. If you’re dealing with subsidence or failed foundations, DurabasePlus 100 offers a dependable solution implemented by our experienced general builders. Being BBA-approved, this product will not fail you.

Porches

Enhance your home’s security and energy efficiency with a new porch from Southeast Windows Ltd. We build and install porches that provide an extra layer of security at your front door while insulating your home’s entrance with double-glazed windows. From building the base to matching your existing brickwork and fitting A+ energy-rated windows, we offer a complete service with various roof styles and tiles to ensure a perfect match for your home. Conservatories

Roy and his team fitted new windows and French doors in our house earlier this year (we wanted to live with them for a while before reviewing!). I got quotes from a few companies however Peter was the only one who followed up to my questions on email so I decided to go with Southeast Windows. I am super glad I did, as Peter was professional and I am really happy with the work done in installing a new PVC backdoor and replacing glass in several windows.
